

Yoga
When you attend one of our courses, classes or workshops, you can expect a combination of breath work, posture, meditation, concentration and self-inquiry, all weaved together with some yogic philosophy. These techniques help to increase strength and flexibility, improve the overall functioning of your internal organs and other systems of your body, and potentially bring a lightness of attitude to both yourself and your practice. Yoga helps to enhance the connection between body and mind by cultivating awareness and mindfulness through our thoughts, words and actions.
We believe that yoga is for everyone. If you have an injury or illness that might affect your practice, please let us know so that we can offer you modifications and variations that will keep you safe as you go through your yoga session.
Group bookings are available for corporate or private events, can include a trauma-informed approach, yin and/or hatha yoga, chair yoga, and can be facilitated from various Meanjin/Brisbane locations or online.

PRIVATE CLASSES
If you are interested in refining your practice or exploring a particular aspect of yoga, be it a type of physical or breath practice, meditation or integrating some yogic philosophy into your life, then this might be just the thing.
This is a personalised practice just for you without the expectation of practicing outside of our session (although you are most welcome to).

PUBLIC CLASSES
Studio classes are on hold until further notice. If you are interested in a private or corporate group booking, please get in touch.
These sessions are all about practising with your yoga community. This is a great chance to practice in your own unique way but with the support of others. You can expect a mix of movement, breath, meditation and a little yogic philosophy sprinkled in all delivered in a trauma-informed way.

LAUGHTER YOGA
Did you know that your body doesn’t know the difference between genuine and fake laughter? You can still receive all of those feel-good endorphins from laughter even on days where you might not feel like it!
These sessions can be great for the workplace to lift morale, fundraiser events, hen parties, birthday parties or just for fun! Enquiries are welcome.
