Welcome

handflower white.png
We are committed to teaching you authentic yoga techniques to support you through life's constant changes and challenges through Yoga Therapy and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. We are an LGBTQI+ friendly space that is all-inclusive and body-positive.

We are based in Meanjin (Brisbane) on the land of the Jagera/Yuggera, where we offer in-person sessions and online services to those further away. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land upon which we practice and live and pay our respects to their Elders, past and present.

We would also like to acknowledge the ancestry and lineage of yoga and how these teachings have been passed down through the generations, allowing them to be available to us today.
