Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an evidence based practice designed to support those living with Complex Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
This practice is grounded in trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience and hatha yoga and how this translates into each session is through invitational language, choice making, interoception (felt sense), non-coercion and shared authentic experience. Change with Yoga offers group and individual sessions.
