We are committed to teaching you authentic yoga techniques to support you through the constant changes and challenges of life through Yoga Therapy and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. We are an LGBTQI+ friendly space, that is all inclusive and body positive.
We are now based in Meeanjin (Brisbane) on the land of the Jagera/Yuggera but continue to provide offerings to those in Naarm (Melbourne) on the land of the Wurrundjeri Woi Wurrung of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge them as the traditional custodians of this land upon which we practice and live and we pay our respects to their Elders, past and present.
We would also like to acknowledge the ancestry and lineage of yoga, and how these teachings have been passed down through the generations, allowing them to be available to us today.

Designed to support you in managing your own health and well-being, yoga therapy is perfect if you have something specific you want to focus on and you are committed to integrating practices within your day.
Expect a full assessment and a yoga therapy program specific to your needs. A written program along with any supporting resources (videos, audio recording and written materials) are sent to you following each appointment.
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an evidence-based practice designed to support those living with PTSD/ Complex Trauma and is grounded in trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience, and hatha yoga.
Sessions offer a supportive environment to explore the experience of being in your body more fully.
I offer public trauma informed classes in both hatha and yin styles at studio spaces around Melbourne as well as retreats and workshops.
These sessions are perfect if you want to connect with other yogis/yoginis and explore your practice in community, either in person or virtually.
