TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA
Starts Tues 4th Feb; 7:15-8:15pm
& Thurs 6th Feb; 10:00-11:00am
An evidence based yoga program designed for those experiencing complex trauma and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). This is grounded in trauma theory, attachment theory and neuroscience.
We offer Hatha Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Classes may incorporate a dynamic practice of asana (posture), pranayama (breath), mantra, mudra (hand gestures), concentration and meditation.
Yoga Therapy Sessions
